My kids and I are obsessed with smoothies this summer. They are quick, delicious and healthy. I’ve created an easy recipe that both you and the littles will enjoy:
1 Cup Milk (Any Style)
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2 Ripe Banana
3 Large Ice Cubes
Put everything in a blender and crush until blended, puree if desired. I give the smoothies in a small cup with a straw for the littles and if there is any leftover I freeze in a sandwich bag. Just defrost the leftovers tomorrow for a super quick breakfast on the go.
